day 4 6/18/10

Im in the airport waiting for them to call my flight number. i was looking around on my laptop and i found theses awsome pictures i forgot to load.

day 3 6/17/10

  Im sad that I leave tomorrow ,but that just means I need to do alot today. The first place I stopped by was the  EXPO 2010. It was throwing the  "The Fruits of Civilisationy". There they talk about Czech Republic. Even the inside of the bulidings walls are a map of Prague the capital. And it also had to do somthing with China. Im not really sure what though.
  The next place is the Prague fountains. Theres more than 400 fountains that existed in Prague. They use to be the main drinking sorce. There was on caleed the "Trap Door" I wonder what gives it that name? Another one was called Fountain in Anenské Square it was built in the Baroque period after 1700, this was initially placed in front of the Újezd barracks. Soldiers believed the legend saying that water from this fountain would protect them in battle.

 I went to a bank to find out the money looks like here. I wish our money was colorful. One of the workers there was nice and gave me this thing that shows what the money looks like.

 I went to have lunch at the U Fleku. It would really help if I knew what the meanu said. Luckly Im meeting Bazzika here. She told me to try the  

Pečená kachna, kysané zelí, houskový knedlík, bramborový knedlík, špekový knedlík. Wich is 1/4 roast duck, 100 g shoulder of pig, 1/2 sausage. I got Butter roast chicken, boiled potatoes. Just to be safe here its called Pečené kuře na másle, vařený brambor. They have really strange food here. Its what like we eat just diffrent part of the animals body we wouldnt think off. 
 We went to a medieval castle and WOW  are thous thing HUGE. I always have wondered what all the rooms were used for. This one was my favorite. I wouldnt mind living in the place, I bet the closet space is huge. Bazzika is taking me on a helicopter ride to see all the land. This is what I saw  and a bunch of other stuff. This place was pretty awsome! Im happy I landed in this place.

day 2 6/16/10

  After I was done with the feast I went to find as place to stay. I ended up finding a hotel called the Amour Hotel. Its really nice you can see everything. I thought this place was just old and abandon but its really pretty!
  Bazzika came bright and early she says shes taking us to the carnival by the Masopust during the carnavil peole where wearing masks. Bazzika said that on the first day of this carnavil people wear masks for the mask parade.The Masopust programme also includes dancing, which usually ends at midnight by “burying the beer crate”,
 We didnt stay for all of it the next thing we did was go to the Česko-saské Švýcarsko. The Česko-saské Švýcarsko is a national park. Big name for such a simple thing. turns out that a buch of people come here for rock climbing .  After that we went to a place called pivovar novosad for lunch. Their fish taste really diffrent here.   When we were done with lunch we went to a musem called Moravska galerie v Brne. It had the most wonderful paintings Iv ever seen.
 After all that exploring I did today Im ready to get some sleep. I cant wait to see what will happen tomorrow 

Day one 6/15/10

  My airplane landed in Chezk Republic. It was suppose to land in a little place called Greece. I was going  to see my friend Taylor, but on the way the pilot said, " We were having difficulties and have to land in Chezk Republic." Well isnt this just great? I have no clue what they speek here or whats there to do.
  When I was done getting all my bags together I went to this place that I think is the car rental and got a red Honda. Driving on the rong side of the rode wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be.
   As i was driving around I found a place that was having what looks like a feast. I went to see what was happening i was greated by a girl named Bazzika. She said they where having a Zabijacka, its a pork meal, the people that are throwing the Zabijacka give their guest a hammer. Strange I know. Now i have an  extra hammper.
   Bazzika said that tomorrow she would show me the best that there is here. I just got a text from the airport that said the airplane will be ready for take off in 3 days. I hope theres 2 days worth of fun.
